COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

Things to do before your appointment.

1.  Complete the pre-screening COVID-19 Questionnaire prior to your visit.  Click here to answer the pre-screening questionnaires.  Families with children can fill out one form if they don't have any conditions.  Please put all names on the form.  

2.  Bring a mask.  Everyone is required to wear a medical or cloth mask until you are seated in your treatment room.  There will be no exceptions.   

3.  If anyone in your household has been sick with COVID symptoms within the past 2 weeks, notify our staff and kindly reschedule your appointment. 

To reduce the risk of transmission, we have completely eliminated all paper documents.  You will now be able to complete and sign all forms electronically from your phone or computer prior to your visit. ​​

 

Things to be aware when you arrive.

  1. Please call our office at 916-625-1435 upon arrival.  We are trying to limit the amount of patients in the waiting room and make sure your treatment room is ready.

  2. Please arrive wearing a face covering or a mask.  We can provide you one if you forget yours.  

  3. Wash hands with hand sanitizer in our waiting room.  

  4. All patients, parents or guardians will be screened with temperature check upon entry. 

  5. Only one adult will be permitted to accompany the child.  Please do not bring other children if they do not have an appointment. 

 

Things we've done to cope with Covid-19.

  1. We have installed plexiglass in the waiting room and consultation room.

  2. Medical-grade HEPA air purifiers have been installed in the waiting room as well as every treatment room to clean the air every 5-10 minutes.

  3. All magazines and toys have been removed from the waiting room and play room reduce the transmission of COVID-19 and other bacteria and viruses. 

  4. We pre-screening patients to make sure that we only see healthy patients.

  5. We have stopped seeing patients on Thursday to do extra cleaning for the office.
